Just a quickie to say thankyou to Fred @ yozza sport and the people on the forum who gave me great advice on which shocks to go for. Incidently I have gone for Eibach springs being fitted right now.

Which type have you gone for ..the sports of the pro springs?

Are they on standard shocks or are those being changed as well?

not too sure, spoke to fred and one is either a 5-10MM drop and the other is a 30-40mm drop. Ive gone for the bigger drop (in proper boy racer style) can only afford the springs, would of loved the shocks as well. The bast thing is that 17" alloys should fit straight on with no arch mods. (happy days) Been told I should stick to the following spec of ally wheel - pcd=4X100, offset et40-42, 7X17 alloy wheel with a 205/40/17 tyre. hope this info is helpful to someone
