Chnaging light bulbs

My drivers side main beam bulb has gone on my cup and what I used to find an easy job in previous cars appears to require either ET fingers or front bumper removal.

Anyone got any tips on how to change the bulb without me taking it in the renault to be charged stupid money changing a bulb ?
