then myciggy lighter sparked it took out the radios fuse, theyumust be connected on the accessories circuit. any car place should stock the mini fuses or you should have a few spares on the fuse flap. i think it was a 10amp red one.

hmmmm all fuses ate intact, any other ideas anyone? My cig lighter doesnt work (dont smoke but need it for GPS / IPod)

Checked the blue 15 amper and the rest, all ok. No spare fuses, im checking the one under the bonnet by the way, i couldnt find one in glove box etc.

pull out the ash tray and pull out the cig lighter/cup holder and check the connections. when my fuse went the radio would only work for 20 mins and turn off. a mixed pack of mini fuses should be about £2 . have you checked every fuse in the cabins fuse box?

Found it!! cheers it was the fuse i was looking under the engine bay fuse set like a dumb arse. There was a spare on the back on the internal car one. ~(I couldnt find it at first!, i was looking in glove box like r****d, when its on the side of the glove box when door is open ) Cheers!
