Sterling work Giles - I have seen cars with 1K that look more dirty than your 100K car, amazing. Bit more metal polish on that backbox to remove those water marks and your done

Mine:

Clean it with warm water & cloths for start and use autoglym stuff.

The throttle bit I use light sand paper & metal polish.
