Clean in the cold

Gave the 172 a well overdue clean today.
She hasn't been cleaned since we got back from the Ring at the beginning of October!

Washed with dodo btbm and finished off with a coat of Z8. Was going to use supernatural to finish her off but my hands got too cold lol!

Best guess at gains are "20 ish" at the moment, we need to get it on the rollers and find out, dont know yet.

Was in the high 160s before on matched inlets and the stealth exhaust, I reckon its more like 190 now with the rs2 and 197 cams added, but it can be hard to accurately estimate from driving so it might not be quite that much.

yeah got stud & nut on the front and standard wheel bolts on the back. and the other half of the stud & nut set are on the ly valver in the back of the pics

As Lesley said the reason it's only got half a set of studs is we pinched my rear ones for the front of this at the last minute to do spa and the ring as I don't like the standard bolts but its only the front that really matters. Need to order another set though to finish them both off rather than being half of each, lol.

It's not intentional tbh. Just didnt have them when we got it and have never fitted any. Does help when working on it though!

I dont think dirt ever stays on lesleys car long enough for it to be a problem, lol
