Cleaning 182 Alloys

  Not a 320d
yer it wont offer much protection though, people say that SRP is an all in one product and in some respects it is, but i dont think it lasts 5 minutes. Get some EGP too and use that on top of SRP.

What i do is SRP, EGP x 2 and then multiple (2/3) layers of Poorboys Wheels sealant. That'll see you good for a year at least.

I tend to top up the wheel sealant every now and again though.

Yea sounds good.
Mine are all curbed though, so I just want to give them a quick clean to see what's kerbed and what's dirt/brake dust lol, so I can decide if I'm gna get them refurbed

srp will give them a nice shine, seal them with poorboys afterward.

Poorboys is overrated - doesn't last as long as EGP, so use that instead if you have it, or something like Collinite 850 (have a look on eBay)

If you seal your wheels after cleaning them thoroughly, you should really stop using such nasty s**t as AG Clean Wheels, if you must use something from Halfords, then use their Custom Wheel Cleaner instead - much safer and kinder to the clearcoat on your wheels.

If you protect them, then you only need to shampoo wash your wheels each week, thus removing the need for aggressive wheel cleaners.
