cleaning air filter

wjat should i use and to clean my k&n air filter with and how would do u clean it?

fairy liquid and water, then regrease it..

ive had it the kit for 2 years and never cleaned the air filter is this bad?if i clean it will it sound better?

no it wont sound better, it'll sound like it did when its new.

it should really be cleaned every 10,000 miles like a conventional filter to keep it operating at its best.

K&N sell a cleaning kit, but fairy liquid really is just as good, altho the dirt retention spray is useful in the kits.

sweet ill get some of that with the shag loads of money im gonna end up spendin on cleanin stuff for fcs!
