cleaning and protecting powder coated alloys



I'd recommend a wheel cleaner like CG's Blue rim cleaner, this can be cut with water at a ratio of 3:1, just spray and if heavy dust/dirt agite lihghtly then wash off, do inside and out the same if you remove them.

For protection a proper wheel sealant/wax would be best as these are designed to withstand higher temps than normal wax (brakes heat wheels), Good ones are the CG's Wheel Guard or PB Wheel Sealant, I've used both and they are both very good, however I do find the flake pops a little more, and removal when applied too thick is easier with the CG's, but as I say both are great products.
