cleaning bucket seats

i have just got some bucket seats from a mate there in great condition but i wanted to clean them up to make them feel fresh if you get me ;)

any how ive tried to use a wall paper steamer on the foam bits but its dried and left a lighter patch where i have concentrated on then the other areas where i didnt focus on so much??!!?

I was told that steamers are good to use but now as i have said i have lighter patchs what can i do to sort this??
the seats are corbeau recliners in grey with little leather bits on

please help
 
wife says general upholstry cleaner or I have some stuff called foamlift which I use which she recommends which your welcome to try if your heading near derby at all
