Cleaning Headlight lenses

I want to clean the inside of my headlight lenses on my Ph2 172.

They got some condensation in them a few weeks ago. Fixed that problem but there is water marks inside them where it has dried. can the headlight unit be taken apart easilly to clean and has anyone done it before?
