Cleaning Viper I/K

Bit of a stupid question, but none of my previous cars have ever had an IK on them and this one was fitted when I bought it, so what's the best way to clean them out?

It's a standard PiperX Viper with a cold air feed in the fog light pod...

I just hoover the foam bit of mine .. seems to work a treat ..

i rinse mine through from back to front with water and a spot of fairy liquid. then leave it to dry naturally
