i got in touch with the owner and was told hes stopped doing discounts due to re structure of the website or something. Instead the more you order the more money you get off etc.

You get a certain amount of points per purchase. Points mean prizes. From a business point of view it is a very good idea as it means that the customers come back!

Never had a problem with that site/business, always instant contact, emails with order updates and postage is very quick.
