Clicking Clutch Pedal

Hi,

my clutch pedal on my 182 clicks every time i take my foot off it, i have had a closer look and the pedal plate seems tight, any ideas and hopefully easy to resolve???

check for the teeth on the adjuster arn't damaged.

my clutch pedal did it all the time took it to renault they said there's a sensor or adjuster under the pedal they replaced it under warrenty, it stll does it now but not as bad as before, one of the mechanic's said try and spray wd-40 on the it
