Clicking on Steering

Guys,

Im getting a clicking sounds when turning slowly left on my 172 ph2.

Im thiking it could be lower arm bushes or ball joint but i replaced ball joint 6 months ago :S.....what else could it be??

the guy in the garage said i need a new steering rack
