Clicking Sound With Windscreen Wipers

I was driving to work this afternoon and it pi**ed it down. So I put the windscreen wipers to automatic and I had noticed that I get a Clicking sound when they are on..

I dont know if this has always done it or wheather I just noticed it today..

Is there a problem? or is it supposed to do it?

Yeah, its the relays behind the glove box.

Yeah - dont use the auto wipers.

Yeah take the relay out....but then youll find your wipers dont work
