Clicking window

mad in general

Folks,

I am hearing a dull click from my passenger door when I fully lower then raise its window.
The noise comes from the top left of the door card behind the plastic piece of trim.

It is in the first stage of raising and final stage of lowering that this noise is very noticeable, doesn't sound healthy but there are no other signs of any faults.

help please!

Apologies for the picture orientation.

take out speaker put hands in mess with the wire push connectors etc you may be suprised

I've had a regulator ready to go in for a while but I never have a full day that's decent weather. I've had the doorcard off and tested it all and its not live. The switch is but nothing else, men, I'll sort it at some point haha.

Is it a simple enough job to whip off the doorcard and check? I don't actually know how it comes off.

I had mine out in 5 mins I took it off that much! They are all torx bit screws (T15/20? Can't remember). 1 in the door handle, 1 in the grab handle, 4 along the bottom, remove that plastic trim up the side of the window (pulls off be careful of the clips), remove the speaker cover (just pops off) undo and disconnect the speaker (4 screws), unplug the window switches, then pull from the bottom of the card working upwards gently but with force as it has black gunk behind it gluing it on. Once free from the clips and gunk thread the switch wires back through the hole they come through in the card then lift the card upwards to unhook it off the window opening where the weather strip is.

Thank you mate.
Could you please tell me your opinion on the fault I have? It is pretty much as described.
