Hello all.
Wee bit of a challenge.

I'm after your ICT/IT documentation templates, or anything you offer.

Basically I am wanting some good documentation/proposals/tenders that look good and can be edited to suit.

What programs are you guys using and adapting for it too?

Any good network layout programs to incorporate would be fantastic.

Basically looking to improve what we currently have and make it look more professional/up to date with potential clients and existing ones.

Get practising on Visio

Enterprise architect. 30 day trial and loads of tutorials on youtube.

Visio. Smart Draw I used when I was at uni. Microsoft word.

Pretty simple really. Put your company header on it and make sure its accurate and nicely laid out.

Ive spent the last 6 months standardising documentation for my company and still i am no where near done as we have about 16 sites globally with a load of stuff there. Network Diagrams. Data centre rack diagrams. IP address lists. etc

It was more the giving a new client proposals and such if anyone had a document template you would share
