climate control lost power?

My cc seems to have lost power,its not blowing as hard as it used to.
Any ideas? Ta in advance.:S

is it your cc or the blower because if its on auto the fan dont blow as much if it up to temp

its defffo the cc,when I put it onto the windows & recycle symbol?mode it doesn't blow half as strongly as it used to.

Blocked Pollen Filter?, replaced mine a while ago as it was thilthy made quite a difference to the blower flow.

Where bouts is the pollen filter and are they easy to change... got a similar problem.

they should be changed at every service but not all garages do them. I asked them to save me my old on at the 12k t so i could see it, was very dirty.
