clio 1.2 16v 2001 intermittant elecs to dash and relay rattle

Hi all

2001 1.2 16v clio

I have a wierd problem with my clio...

When i turn the ignition key all I get is a lot of clicking from the front of the car..

On investigating the clicking sounds like a relay in the small fuse box that is in the engine compartment.... although I couldntsee any given a cursory look

Has anyone experienced this before....

As I am just getting over pnumonia at the moment I am a little knackered so any help would be very gratefully recieved

I had the exact same issue because of the cold weather I fully recharged my battery pulled out all the fuses and relays cleaned them all then I cleaned all the earths and now it runs perfectly.
