clio 1.2 help

i have an 05 plate clio 1.2 16v with 20k on the clock lately it has been cutting out at lights when i try 2 restart it takes a while and noramly ok and the other day i could feel it playing up i took it out of gear rolling along and it was revving at 2500 i put it back in to gear put my foot down and all u could feal is a jolt before any power kicks which seemed awful it feels realy nasty plus the tempature keeps jumping from 0 to 2 bars then to 4 bars any ideas

Sticking throttle body?
Wiring to ecu chewed through at back of engine?
TDC sensor?
Coolant temp sensor?
Needs to go on a diagnostic to confirm really.
