Clio 1.5dci 100 engine mods???

Does anyone know what engine mods can be done to a 2004 clio 1.5dci 100bhp?

I know a remap will take the bhp to around 130bhp but what other mods can be done?

Is there a bigger turbo you can get? Or a induction kit or air filter?

If anyone has a modified clio 1.5dci 100 please can you tell me what mods you have?

better intercooler, free flowing exhaust, panel filter, custom remap. Probably worth removing EGR, and improving on the boost pipe out of the turbo (J shaped pipe, gets very blocked up with carbon and gunk)

thanks do you know any sites where i can get any of these mods? and also do you know if there are any pitfalls to any of these mods?

Cliodci.net iirc would be a good place to ask.... Don't think there would be any downside to these mods. Maybe a decrease in mpg from a heavy foot?

only stuff that was done to mine was pannel filter and a decent remap.

had i kept it i would have removed the EGR valve and decatted it and fitted a larger intercooler, thats about all, however the clutch is only good for 185-190lbft and will start to slip, black diamond now do uprated ones, you couldnt get them when i had mine and i had given up looking for one!
