Hi Guys,
I purchased an 08 plate clio about 3 weeks ago and found out when it was in tickover/idle it would every so often rev by itself, sometimes just over 1000rpms, it has been into the garage and they have cleaned egr valve, updated ecu and put some diesel cleaner in. The problem is still occuring and the garage have said it is ok, i have put code reader up to it but no codes. I am just wondered if anyone had encountered this problem before as if i cant fix it i will take it further.
any help would be appreciated.
