CLIO 1.8 16v GRAND PRIX????? DO U KNOW

Hey ive recently bought a clio 1.8 16v GRAND PRIX which was imported from france in 2001.The problem is ive never heard of this model so if any one can shed some light on this it would be much appriciated..

never heard of a 'grand prix' model, most probably similar to the 'ps2' silver 172 edition only done in france.

YE has got a plaque on the dash with no 483 on it.You c if there is such a model then how many are left?cant be that many around these days at least not in this country

cheers valver looked at that shame was in different language but at least there is such a model !!?(phew).If there is anyone who could direct me to a web site that would tell a bit more bout the car would be ggrrreatb (prefrebaly english )

lol i had a search for english ones aswell mate but with no joy, so just posted that up. never even seen a pic of one in this country before so they must be rare, obviously not offered for sale in this country.

ill sort some pics for ya asap. The car is in the middle of getting sprayed and the engine has been sent off to squeeze some more bhp out of it.Ill get pics of how it is now then uz can see the finished product!!!!!

Sprayed what colour?

And what's being done to the engine?

Not 100% sure on the colour yet its a toss between a flip job or scooby blue ?As for the engine its all ready had most things done without starting to spend silly money so its just gunna get all the old mods revamped(been 3yrs hard driveing).Did have a compatition clutch but got thrown out of the gearbox whoops!!!!!!!!!.
