Hey people mate of mine wants to know what insurance group the valver is i presumed 14??? anyone got a run down on the full spec.

Ive 0 no claims, have been driving for 1 yr and am 25, tpft £560 with pass plus which knocked 30% off!! That said I live in the sticks so less risk of theft I suppose

Not realy, most have lived hard lives ..they are not the cheapest cars to maintain thats for sure!

ah right, i knew most would have had a pretty harsh life but thought generally they would be ok... good to know i was wrong, other alternative for my mate is a 106 Gti

A lot depends on condition fella...some owners will change/fix all those niggly problems and spend money getting things in good condition, while others will let them get worse and you can get some pretty hefty bills. Clutch and gearbox problems are not cheap at all.......there are some mint ones about though so dont dismiss the option. IMO though a 106 gti would be a better buy if you are after lower running costs it being a newer car, after all.

put it this way, if u really love the looks of the clio over the 106 get the clio. any other reason get the 106 cos itl be cheaper more reliable newer, probably handles awee bit better,

A lot depends on condition mate, but they do take cash to look after and repair if they go wrong!!!

Im just 20 with no-no claimes, garaged in Essex and i pay just short of £1300!!!(I was 19 when i first insured the car)

Worth the money tho imo!!!
