Clio 16v Idling - Should i be worried

My Clio seems to have been idling strangly the past couple of days. Normally when it up to temp it will idle at 900rpm dead with no play.

But.........

Lately when i have driven the car turned it off and started it again it will tick over at 700rpm and strugle till i rev it and will adjust to 900rpm again.

Should i be worried as its only just started to do this?!

Give the IVC a clean with some Carb Cleaner fella!

What what what liquid_ICE? Whats the IVC?

ICV? not ivc! idle control valve! its the black container that sits near your airbox i think
