clio 172 cold air problem

can anybody tell me why my car has very cold air coming through on the drivers under the steering wheel when im doing 50+mph?

Right behind the dash there is a huge gap were the air for the fans gets pushed through..

Do you get it if you turn the controller so that they blow on the window?

yes get it all the time its like theres a hole somewhere but its hard to find it when im doing those speeds.

also my dad has a clio 1.2 and his does not have this problem.
