CLIO 172 DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW WOULDNT GO UP

Hi all went out today put window down,then driving back it wouldnt go up,the passenger side works fine off the drivers side,but not the drivers.What was strange was with ignition off 2 mins later the switch worked with no igniton any help thanks
