Clio 172 electrical Problem

Morning,

Hoping someone can help with the problem I have.

I have an electrical humming noise coming from the interior light area of my car. I took the plastic surround off last night, and the noise is coming from a black tube like thing (technical description!). It is some sort of elctrical component, possibly to do with the automatic wipers?.
Anyone know what this is and how much the part is likely to cost?.

906000210
8200093290 written on it.

I think there have been a few discussions about this on here before which have said it is something to do with the climate control...?
