Clio 172 Heater Issue (Climate Control)

I've had few issues with the heater not working on Clios.

Previously I've replaced the resistor under the windscreens, drivers side, which has sorted the problem.

I've replaced the resistor this time and nothing.

If it's the blower fan itself, how big a job is it?
