Clio 172 ph1 cup?

I have a Clio 172 ph1, I'd love to know the specs on the race version of the 172 ph1...(like, what kind of suspension, exhausts, etc)

There was only the 'exclusive' special edition of the ph1 afaik

that came with full leather cream interior, scarab green paint and BB's alloys

yes, the 172 ph1 race car
i know it has a sequential gearbox and independent suspension on the rear, anything else different from stock car?

Left hand drive. Different exhaust. Different hubs subframe and engine mounts.

f you want to get your car to a similar spec then by far the cheapest way would be to buy a cup racer and swap all the bits over to the car with the logbook. (or if you are naughty swap the logbook onto the racer of course, lol)

They didn't have independent rear suspension. Only coil on shock.

Infact I believe the ph2 race cars were ph1's originally but just had the front end modified to bring then up to date

Definitely they did an upgrade pack to make the ph1 look like a ph2, but I think they also sold some new ones that were ph2 to start with.
