any ideas how much a late 172 with low miles would be worth? no mods

I have looked on the trader over the weekend - found a 172 52 plate with 30k for £6700. A 52 plater 172 cup with 24k for £7495 and a fair few 53 platers with under 20k for around the high 7s and low 8s.
