Clio 182 front fog light cover removal

As title really.
How can I remove the black plastic covers without damaging them so I can apply lamin x to the lenses ?

Any help would be welcome.

Push the clips out from the back is the easiest way. Remove front part of the arch liners for easiest access.

If there the same as my 172 cup you can pry them out with a screwdriver with a tag over it from the inside (nearest the grill) then pull them out
