we want to buy a clio 182 to my friend
i know that ph1's has aluminium hood
we look to a 182 today and i recognize that the hood is heavier than 172.
does 182s also has aluminium hood if yes why it is so heavy and is it normal
the owner of the car syas that it has no painting on it and no changed parts

all Ph2 clios have steel bonnets, and yes they're a lot heavier than the aluminium bonnet on the ph1 172. Glassfibre or carbon are your best weight saving options

Only some ph1's had the aluminium bonnet too, it was because they ran out as far as I know...

will a standard ph2 hood fit a 172 cliosport by any chance?
