Clio 182 Induction kits

Hi All,
Not had my clioi 182 long but have been looking at induction kits out there, does anyone know if there is anyhting similar to the AEM long arm items you can get on the civic type r, i.e. filter is down below the headlight with a cold air feed ?

K&N do one, don't bother though, the stock setup is fine

Has anyone cut a secion out of the oe air box on the cold side ? Im aware a lot of evo owners do it on the MLR with an uprated panel filter, seems strange ?

I ran a samco hose and a K&N 57i cone on my 172 and it sounded good.

vid shows a few different setups, trophy has maxogen (one of the most expensive kits available), black 172 second from last has standard airbox with panel filter and my Cup is at the end. that is the only mod I ad for this vid, standard exhaust also!

Standard airbox has a cold feed down behind the headlight. ITG panel filter in the standard airbox gets good reviews, most other setups will lose you power rather than improve over standard.

I've got a k&n 57i gen 2 set up on mine and I've had no problems at all with it sounds nice as well

I once had a JR panel filter in a subaru that was mapped, got very good results from that, anyone else run one of those ? I suppose itg/green/k&n are all much alike for panel filters

V6 airbox is the only induction mod that is worth getting IMO.... It won't gain you any noticeable power, but they cost very little, so it's worth it for the sound.
