clio 182 rear brake disc removal?

can any body tell me how to remove the rear discs on a 182, what size sockets etc? and should the new discs have bearings in them or do the old ones slot into the new discs?

large 30mm socket to remove the center nut.

The bearings come already pressed in if you got the discs from Renault, otherwise you'll have to get them pressed in at a garage.
