I bought a zinc plating kit and did everything myself for my engine build/front end refresh, it's about £200 outlay but having got stuff plated for other projects and losing the will to live fishing through a bucket of fasteners to work out what went where I think it's worth it so you can keep everything separated

Yeah, the kits come with instructions and there's loads of how-to guides on YouTube.

Engines finally out, time to clean/respray is there any upgrades I should be doing to the engine bay? Also where could I get replacement sound deadening/heat installation material goes on bulkhead?
