Clio 182-thread type and size of sump plug ?

Anybody know the thread type and size on the sump plug on a clio 182 ?

You need an 8mm. square plug to fit this, don't know the actual thread size though, is that really necessary?

want to replace it with a magnetic one and need the thread type and size so i order the right one

IIRC the standard ones are magnetic?

The gearbox ones are DEFINITELY magnetic.

The engine one I imagine is, but normally they'll have a magnet in the sump iirc.

Anyway, if you've got swarf running around, you've got more problems then just the size of the sump plug, lol,

just wanted it for extra protection for when it gets its oil change soon.
