Clio 182 vs EP3 Type R head-to-head

My lads EP9 always had the edge on my 182 in straight line performance, but handled like a boat in comparison. Both stock. Booth cool cars.

I’ve had a EP3, and I didn’t keep it too long. I just didn’t gel with it. At the time, I fancied a change. It was a one owner example. It just felt like a Civic with a bigger engine. I personally found it really dull. I’m sure people will have the same experiences with a Clio.

I've never had an EP3 but I've had an EK9 and two DC5.

Hydraulic steering is much better on DC5 than the 182 as is the gearbox but overall I'd say a 182 has a better overall feel and a superior chassis to the Honda.
