Clio 182

I currently have a 1.2 dynamique,but am looking to get a 182 in the very near future.i am going to pay off the finance on my car then loan a bit more money so i can buy a sport..

Just after a bit of information on values,mileage,things to look for.etc

As i have seen a few but the prices seem to vary a lot.

I can get a petrol green coloured one with just over 20,000 miles on 04 plate,vgc for £8600,does this seem good or not as i dont know where to start looking..

Any help would be much appreciated.

You should be able to get a decent one with low mileage (10k-20k) for around 9k

Thats private..

I keep finding them with lower mileage for cheaper,but then i find some with higher mileage for more..

Is this colour rare because people dont like it?

I think the colour was actually called petrol blue and it was one of Renault's ID paint which was about a 1k optional extra the other id colour was liquid yellow.

Petrol blue 182's are as rare as rockin horse poo

So they are worth a bit extra in that colour..but do people actually like this colour or is it just me.

If you like the colour go for it at the end of the day its going to be your car

im personally not keen on petrol blue, yes its good for novelty value, theeres on ly one on the club here as i recall, its mega rare (only 9 built with petrol blue). But in honesty it only looks good when gleamingly spankily clean, soon as it gets dirty it just looks like some standard clio colour, probably not worth 1k on top of the normal 182 price.

Does anyone know where that list is which told us how many 172/182/V6 were made in each colour?

I take it petol blue is the rarest!!

They are UK registrations, in total 11973 182 were registered worldwide

Didn't realise there were only 433 in racing blue, it's rarer than I thought. I've seen loads of them, they must all be in Hampshire!

Lots of black gold, titanium and arctic blue yet I don't see as many of them.

I don't hardly see any racing blues around here, most of them are silver.

Can't decide if I like petrol blue or not, I've only seen it in photos though
