Clio 197 questions

Hello all picked up my 197 yesterday and love it!

Just wondering if its worth getting a remap? I know it wont see huge gains but will it make it a bit more responsive and lively? And what sort of bhp gains would I see?

Also whats the best induction kit to get?

And whats the best product to use to get the front grill more black? Its very faded and a bit grey.

And does anyone know where a good place to get the alloys refurbed in the south west?

South west wheel refurb in exeter are very good, emma and shifty had theirs done years ago and still look mint

remap is well worth it on the 197, just drives nicer afterwards even if its not really any quicker

none of the induction kits give a big gain, swap to an open filter type if you like lots of noise though.

Yup they do benefit from a remap, much better from cold. I just remapped mine with an RS tuner from fast chip. Does the job for not a lot of pennies

I sprayed my front grilles with some satin black spray paint. Worked a treat!
