Clio 197 wont start (steering not locked)

I am.new to clios and not had this issue before.
The car won't even turn over. Tried the std things turning steering battery. Code reading is coming up with power steering issue / steering angle sensor / torque steer etc

Anyone got any ideas. I was literally driving it change wheels over to track wheels to put on the trailer and then wouldn't start.

I have don't direct link to starter switch lead and car starts fine just not on the normal.start button.

No battery checked and cables it is now moved out of under the bonnet.
