Clio 2 1.4 16v won't idle

Hello and good day. Just recently I have a problem with my clio. Phase two face lift 1.4 16v drive by wire. It won't start without giving throttle. It won't stay running unless I stay on the gas. Crank sensor is ok. Higher revs are fine but lower it stutters really bad. I've had a fail code for the magnetic switch in the evap for a few years now but never a problem. Same problem warm or cold I cleaned all the sensor plugs and the spark plugs are around 2 years old. It started 2 days ago with a light rough idle that steadily got worse over 2 days.
