  Clio 2 ph2 1.5 dci
Hi
i have a odessey blue 2005 clio 2 dci and was wondering what type of alloys i should look at, also any other exterior mods; bumpers spoilers lowering etc.
My headlights are oxidized so i was thinking of getting a new set should i just get standard headlights ?? ive already tried polishing for the oxidization but it didnt take it all off.
Thanks

I also own an odyssey ph2 dci! Check out my project thread for mod ideas if you like: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?722957-Barnett-s-Odyssey-dci

Things I'd recommend are:

Remap - will increase your power by minimum 30% (my dci 80 has about 115hp now)
172 rear bumper - completely changes the rear end of the car
Colour code if it didn't come colour coded as standard
RS grill - can be picked up cheaply and easy to fit
Xenon headlights since yours are buggered anyway
Sport interior - it's where you'll be spending most of your time, I find the sport seats a lot more comfortable and they keep you supported and in place better.
As far as alloys are concerned it's really up to your taste. As long as you don't get anything from halfords you'll be fine ;)

I think ill remap it on my next pay day and hopefully colour code it myself. Did you do your door handles aswell? How much would a 172 bumper cost?
Your car looks great btw. I want to get the outside right before i do the interior.

I got everything colour coded professionally on my last car (including door handles). I'm not sure how to get them off the old one and onto the new one though! Price varies, I got the 172 rear bumper included whilst colour coding. You could probably pick one up for £50-£80 and then either spray it yourself if you have the ability or pay to get it sprayed as they didn't do sports in odyssey blue.
Thanks for the compliments about the car :)
Forgot to mention about lowering in my last post. On the first clio I had some cheap coilovers, I really liked the look of it since it was pretty low, but the ride was awful. I now have eibach springs on standard shocks on the dci. It handles great and is very comfortable, but doesn't sit right to me.
So if you have the money and are planning on keeping the car a long time, I'd suggest you get a good set of coilovers so you could get the height you want, good handling and keep the ride comfort. But it depends on your budget and what you're looking for really.
Do you have any ideas about the wheels you'd like to get?

Welcome to the forums mate, best money you can spend on your car is the £12 membership fee for here! That'll get you access to loads of helpful guides, traders with discount, and a great for-sale section, where you can pick up bits for the car at good prices from other members.
We're also planning a members meet up for the NI area, so you should come along to that too!
