Clio 2 Phase 3 Lowering

Hi lads,

Will be lowering my Clio on springs and standard shocks soon. A mate has offered me the front two springs and told me the rear is dropped by adjusting the torsion bar.. is that correct?
Most of the spring sets I can find online have the four springs.

Springs/shocks all round, Fronts are combined struts and rear has inboard springs separate from shocks.

No torsion bars here
