Hi Guys
whats the best way to gain say 10-20HP over the standard model, also once done how will it play out with the insurance company, also best exhaust over stock, nothing to that says "I wish this was a V8"

This. Minus the enlarged throttle body as they've been proven to be pointless. Although 20bhp is optimistic without itbs.

and bear in mind, standard 197/200s make 180-195bhp standard
