clio 3 rs volume too low

ive just bought a clio 3 rs and the volume is way too low,is there a definite fix,ive read of a possible fir from renault actis ? or something like that but have no concrete information of a fix,its pretty useless as it is..love the car,had an st before and this is much more refined and sorted in every way,even if it dosent feel as quick low down..

Press the + button on the radio a few times ?

tried that obvs and the car speed volume thingy in the settings,its just not loud enough,even for an old git like me.
