clio, alloys? 17''??

Hey lads/ lasses. I'm pretty new to all this car moddin' malarky but was wondering if anyone could tell me what work would be needed to get 17'' alloys on a renault clio (from 1997).

Will this even work? Also how much would i be able to lower it with a set up like that?
