Clio badge grommets and boot lock diamond?

My clio had been debadged and just left the bare holes. Picked up a decent clio badge but need the plastic grommets that hold it in, any recommendations what size / where to buy?

and the boot lock diamond has been painted black - is this replaceable or is it part of the entire lock?

Unsure on the first but yes you can remove the diamond unit without having to replace the lock itself.
