Clio Campus Not Starting! URGENT!

Hi setting of to college today and my car didnt start...

apprently my dad thinks its the battery but i drove it 24miles one way yesterday.. so it had a decent run out, it doesnt ignite so it just chugs, nothing flickers or anything so im confused, im guna have it with jump leads on later but does any one know what this is?

could be a number of reasons,

check your spark plugs, and give them a clean - has she got an oil leak ? could be the rocker leaking ( possible of leaking down into plug one - ive had this problem .. )
maybe it could be your battery - check that annoying fuse thing connected to the loom hasnt broken, failing that it could be alt not charging the battery ?

If its just turning over and not firing it could be the crank position sensor.

but got home and it started after buyin some jump leads and new spark plugs.... aye well least iv got um for later
