Just wondered if anyone had caught the recent footage of a mark 1 Clio Cup car on World Motorsport (SKY . . .) ?
On an international ,Swiss, tarmac rally against Subaritshis, Super 1600 Kit cars etc. & with some top name drivers the Clio - to the mamazement of the commentator - walked away with it stage-by-stage until the very last Micky Mouse spectator stage when a driveshaft went. Otherwise it would have won outright a major event!
The driver said he was taking it easy because it was his 1st time in the car. It looked stunningly quick in wet and dry conditions.
Main point (apart from reflected pride!) was to see if anyone knew the kind of suspension it could be running - standard/modified etc.
